Ibis’s NativeFile Electronic Data Packaging delivers a responsive data set comprised of files in their native formats. Clients can review the files in their native applications. Subsequently, selected relevant files can be imaged for production.

NativeFile enables an initial look at data and provides a tool that can be used to develop parameters for analysis of the data set. NativeFile also adds flexibility to the review process, allowing clients who prefer to view particular files in their native format the ability to do so. NativeFile packaging leverages the proprietary Ibis process by indexing, extracting, and culling any data set prior to native file delivery.

After reviewing a data set in its native file format, clients can utilize the Ibis indexing and naming schema as the reference to the files they wish to image. The final result is standardized image output that can be loaded into any of the prevalent document review systems.
